Please look at the photograph below. As they say, an image is worth a thousand words. This cold sore sufferer would develop ugly, painful fever blisters on her lower lip every few months, always in the same spot, from 1995 to 2001, when she started my Herpes Protocol®.

She followed it consistently for two years, alternating between the Acute and Maintenance versions of the Protocol®, as needed in her case, and, when she realized she hadn't seen a blister in several months, decided to discontinue her daily regimen.

Since then, she has had only one brief relapse in 2005, when she spent some time on an island and got severely sun burned (exposure to extreme temperatures, hot or cold, as well as travel itself, can trigger an outbreak, as any Herpes sufferer knows from experience).

When this happened, she immediately implemented the Acute Protocol®, as I had instructed her to do in case of a recurrence. Her outbreak went into remission before a blister could form and her lip was back to normal within three days.
